Property Inspector

• Conduct thorough audits and reviews of property condition data and condition appraisals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and customers, including effective communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update departmental information systems, utilizing a variety of software and data applications to ensure seamless data management.
• Develop a deep understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander protocols and issues to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively in small teams to achieve expected outcomes, managing expectations in rural, remote, and discrete locations.

• A trade background is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of property condition data and condition appraisals.
• Ability to travel is essential, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
