Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough audits and reviews of property condition data and condition appraisals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and customers, including effective communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update departmental information systems, utilizing a variety of software and data applications to ensure seamless data management.
- Develop a deep understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander protocols and issues to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively in small teams to achieve expected outcomes, managing expectations in rural, remote, and discrete locations.
- A trade background is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of property condition data and condition appraisals.
- Ability to travel is essential, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
