This leadership role offers the opportunity to take on a senior management position within our retail operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day activities at three retail sites, directly managing one store, and mentoring two additional store managers.

About Our Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. They will be responsible for setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for their teams, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day activities at multiple retail sites
  • Directly manage one retail store and mentor two additional store managers
  • Set and achieve KPIs for team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to motivate and inspire team members
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and objectives
