We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Brand Assistant - Wholesale. This exciting opportunity will involve delivering strong operations for our wholesale business, supporting profitable sales of our brands to customers.
As a Brand Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering key operational objectives, supporting brand managers and driving operational efficiency. Your tasks will include executing brand costings and product setup, sourcing assets, creating drafts, and proofing brand catalogues. You will also be responsible for ordering samples, arranging upkeep, packing lists, and dispatch to the sales team/customers as required.
In addition, you will run key stock reports, including Clearance, Free Stock, SKU Count, Free Later, and Ad Hoc reports. You will attend brand range releases, conferences, weekly sales meetings, and relevant operations and brand communications.
Your responsibilities will also include assisting with weekly sell-through reports, key account line lists/reports/information, and brand/product reports per sell. You will own the upkeep of the sales calendar, ensuring clear communication to the wholesale team and wider Accent business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver key operational objectives for the wholesale business.
- Support the wholesale brand managers and wider business to drive operational efficiency and better business outcomes.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
