Job Opportunity for Stockroom Specialist

Seeking an experienced stockroom professional to assist in day-to-day operations, logistics, inventory management, and providing a premium consumer experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear, with strong knowledge of stockroom procedures. Additionally, they should be proactive, take responsibility, and follow-through on tasks.

This role involves supporting the store management team by providing feedback on required resources within the store to achieve all stockroom operational needs and deliver a premium stockroom model. The successful candidate will represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in stockroom operations, logistics, and inventory management to provide a seamless consumer experience
  • Supporting store management by providing feedback on required resources to achieve stockroom operational needs
  • Representing the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way
  • Drives profitability of the store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
  • Supporting store management by providing consumers with an outstanding experience while meeting commercial goals

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience as a Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
  • Strong knowledge of stockroom procedures
  • Proactive attitude, taking responsibility, and following through on tasks
