Warehouse Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and tracked.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, including inventory management and transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Absolutemaintenance of accurate records and data entry, with a focus on compliance with regulatory requirements.
