Executive Leader in Health Service Operations

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Leader to drive strategic operations across our health service. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, impact and performance improvement through visionary leadership.

This executive role is pivotal in delivering high-quality patient-centred care for the local community.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and lead the implementation of innovative systems and processes that support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • To oversee network Operations Centres and lead cross-border health service delivery agreements.
  • To manage a workforce of circa 9000FTE and bring extensive experience in tertiary hospital and health service operations.
  • To demonstrate a collaborative leadership style and commitment to taking diverse teams on a reform and improvement journey.
