Premium Revenue Coordinator Job Description

Premium revenue coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the accurate management and allocation of member premiums, providing exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to accurately calculate, allocate, and reconcile member premiums, including processing financial changes.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, credit control, and arrears for policy holders and invoiced companies.
  • This role involves investigating and analysing policy and commission history to identify areas for improvement.
  • Candidates will work closely with internal and external clients to resolve issues and provide process solutions.
  • The premium revenue coordinator will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and acting on premium revenue-related reports.
  • A key aspect of this role is identifying and implementing process improvements, including testing new systems and providing feedback.
  • The successful candidate will maintain up-to-date procedural documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, demonstrated experience in invoicing and arrears management, and excellent communication skills.
