  • Build strong relationships with clients, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
About You
  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in growing engineering divisions or practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Extensive experience in delivering diverse civil engineering projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sector trends, innovations, and best practice.
  • Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
