About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Civil Engineer to lead the design and delivery of a broad range of civil infrastructure projects, while driving the growth and development of the civil division within a well established office.
This is a senior level role with the scope to shape the future direction of the division, supported by experienced directors and resources from other offices. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of key projects, build strong client relationships, and develop a local team to meet increasing demand.
Working alongside a skilled network of engineers and technical specialists, you will oversee multidisciplinary design outcomes, provide technical leadership, and contribute to business development activities that will expand the civil portfolio in the region.
Selection Criteria:
To be successful, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in civil engineering design and project delivery.
- RPEQ and/or CPEng accreditation (or eligibility to obtain within 3 months).
- Proven leadership skills with experience guiding project teams.
- Strong client liaison and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Demonstrated capability in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience preparing and reviewing technical proposals and fee submissions.
- Sound technical expertise with a commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality outcomes.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to contribute to business growth.
