Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Town Maintenance Officers to join our Operations Team in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a Certificate III in Civil Construction or Horticulture, a current Blue/White Construction Safety Card, and experience in equipment operation and outdoor work in East Kimberley conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and construction projects to enhance parks, sporting facilities, open spaces, reserves, cemeteries, streets, and amenities;
  • Roadside maintenance such as tree planting, litter removal, trimming, storm cleanup;
  • Gardening duties including mowing, fertilizing, planting, pruning, edging, reticulation maintenance, and weed control;
  • Operating fleet and plant equipment safely and reporting faults;
  • Maintaining equipment logs and ensuring tools and workshop standards are met;
  • Participating in team meetings, training, and following organizational procedures;
  • Contributing to team planning and improving work efficiency.

Requirements:

A Certificate III in Civil Construction or Horticulture, a current Blue/White Construction Safety Card, an unrestricted WA 'HR' Class Driver's Licence, and relevant experience.
