Requirements:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, along with proven experience as a Category Specialist - Packaging or similar role within the FMCG or related industry.

Experience in packaging sourcing is highly valued. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as an analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Additionally, they should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment and demonstrate a commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
