Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate autonomously in providing business services to the school.
  • Provide a comprehensive range of administrative support, including preparation of reports and correspondence.
  • Undertake day-to-day supervision and management of school support staff, including monitoring workloads and performance.
  • Oversight of timesheets, leave applications, rosters, relief arrangements, recruitment, induction, and training of school support staff.
  • Support the Principal with budget preparation, financial activities, and seeking external expert financial advice when necessary.
