Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to provide executive support, enabling the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Leadership Team to make informed decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage expertise to lead the Executive Office function, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment with CEO priorities.
  • Collaborate with the CEO's Executive Assistant to coordinate the CEO's agenda, briefings, and communications.
  • Support the CEO in preparing materials, presentations, and speaking notes for Board and Committee meetings.
  • Foster a strong working relationship between the Office of the CEO and other teams.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior advisory or executive coordination role within a complex organisation.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of governance, public sector engagement, and large-scale program delivery.
