Learning Experience Facilitator

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Facilitator to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
The successful candidate will work in the Performance Management team, responsible for providing continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering digital learning programs through MS Teams and gathering feedback to identify trends.
- Maintaining technical knowledge of best practices in learning and development to contribute to the development of learning projects.
- Providing insights from experience and advising on the learning framework to ensure consistency for frontline staff.
- Resolving enquiries related to learning programs and activities.
- Developing and maintaining professional knowledge of current approaches and reporting on the effectiveness of capability and learning programs.
- Implementing communication activities through various platforms to diverse audiences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in learning and development with a focus on facilitation and training.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under limited direction.
