Job Title: Learning Facilitator

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled and flexible professional to join our team as a Learning Facilitator. As a member of the education program, you will play a vital role in supporting centres and children by actively contributing to the learning experience, engaging and supervising children, maintaining a safe environment, and building strong relationships with families.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging educational programs in the room and centre team
  • Supervise and engage children at all times, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
  • Foster strong, positive relationships with children and families through regular communication and feedback
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood qualifications desirable
  • Experience working with children aged 0-6 years preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
