Our client, a prominent retail property owner, is seeking a seasoned Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large sub-regional shopping centre in a southern Brisbane suburb.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the owner, you will be responsible for managing the centre's daily operations, including:
  • Tenant inquiries and concerns
  • Weekly and monthly performance reporting
  • Rent reviews and renewals
  • Preparing and analyzing quarterly budget reviews
  • Ensuring policies and procedures align with the owner's objectives, investment strategies, and occupier requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Centre Manager position
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, both internal and external
  • Experience in shopping centre redevelopment is a plus, but not essential
