About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Case Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for strategically managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims across NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Members and key internal and external stakeholders to support injured workers in safely returning to work
  • Develop and implement effective case management plans to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to ensure best practice case management
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practice
