Customer Support and Events Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support and Events Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students, coordinating events, and performing various administrative tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with phone or email inquiries
  • Organize the packing, printing, and couriering of equipment to our students nationwide and internationally
  • Manage and order stock and supplies needed for the office and events
  • Assist with the processing of enrolments
  • Email and call students to confirm their course readiness and attendance
  • Improve systems and processes with feedback and creative input
