The Role: As a senior mining professional, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in evaluating battery minerals acquisitions, ensuring sound governance at an operational level and maximizing the value of investments.
- Providing technical advice on current projects;
- Conducting monthly forecasting and reporting to local management;
- Providing technical support to mining technology investment;
- Contributing to project assessments and implementation;
- Enhancing knowledge base in mining operations;
- Travel based on project needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills enabling results through influence and collaboration; excellent organizational abilities prioritizing workload; proven experience as senior mining engineer or similar role; Bachelor's Degree in Mine Engineering/Geology/Metallurgy or related field; exposure to battery minerals, coal (preferred), and downstream processing of non-ferrous metals; analytical and problem-solving skills; business acumen and commercial knowledge.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey Performance Indicators: Maximize the value of investments; provide technical advice; conduct monthly forecasting and reporting; enhance knowledge base.
