We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sports Turf Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for meticulous sports turf care and maintenance, with a focus on delivering pristine playing surfaces. This role involves cutting turf areas, edging and cleaning bunkers, weeding, hand watering, pruning of trees and shrubs, general irrigation maintenance and repairs, and operating specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting Turf Areas: Execute precise cutting techniques to achieve optimal turf quality.
  • Edging, Cleaning, and Raking Bunkers: Enhance course aesthetic appeal and playability by perfecting edges, cleanliness, and raking.
  • Weeding: Diligently remove weeds to maintain uniform and flawless playing surfaces.
  • Hand Watering: Employ careful hand watering techniques for essential turf hydration.
  • Pruning of Trees and Shrubs: Participate in pruning and shaping for visually pleasing landscapes.
  • General Irrigation Maintenance and Repairs: Assist in irrigation system maintenance and repair for efficient water distribution.
  • Operation of Specialized Equipment: Learn to operate turf maintenance equipment with precision and skill.
