We are seeking an experienced garden labourer to support our team during the busy season. This role is perfect for you if you are eager to learn and grow in the gardening and landscaping industry.

You will be responsible for maintaining high-end residential gardens in the Northern Beaches and North Shore on weekdays, starting at 7am. We are looking for a strong reliable gardening professional with a passion for plants and delivering quality work.

Your typical week will involve visiting multiple locations and working together to create new gardens, complete maintenance tasks and restore existing ones.

This hands-on position requires:

  • Performing tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning and watering
  • Mowing lawns, trimming edges and caring for turf areas
  • Preparing soil, mulch and plant beds
  • Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
  • Ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in gardening or landscaping
  • Physical fitness and strength to handle supplies
  • A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Motivation, hard work and reliability with good communication skills
  • The ability to approach all tasks positively and professionally
  • Good teamwork skills
  • A valid driver's licence
