Indoor Plants Care Specialist

At Ambius, we are a leading interior plantscape business. Our vision is to improve the look, feel and air quality of the workplace for employee wellbeing.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Indoor Plant Installer/Gardener to join our team in Sydney.

The role involves caring and maintaining indoor plants including watering, fertilizing, cleaning and pruning. You will also be responsible for installing and uninstalling plants on client premises, loading and unloading delivery trucks and communicating with clients onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care and maintenance of indoor plants
  • Installation and uninstallation of plants
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks
  • Client communication

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Horticulture certificate/experience (desired)
  • Manual driver's license is compulsory
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
  • High attention to detail with a drive to maintain high standards
  • Ability to consistently work within safety parameters
