Senior IT Systems Configuration Specialist

This role is focused on configuring and managing systems configuration and business rules within core Intellectual Property (IP) systems across Australia & New Zealand.
You will play an integral part in supporting multiple sites across the region, providing exceptional support to our team members and ensuring seamless operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to design and standardise business processes, implement IP systems rules and configuration changes, and improve workflow through automation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse and improve business processes across the group
- Design and standardise IP systems rules and configuration changes
- Improve workflow through different means such as automation
- Provide basic systems training for IP Management and Document Management
- Maintain strong relationships with all business entities and communicate clearly
- Support day-to-day issues with IP Management systems
- Document changes and follow the change control process strictly
- Protect data integrity within the core IP systems
The successful candidate will possess a tertiary or professional qualification in information technology and management, with experience in IP Management systems or business processes.
Exposure to VBA and/or SQL would be advantageous, as well as at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Inprotech.
Candidates must also possess credible communication and interpersonal skills, excellent influencing skills, and a proven track record of customer service.
They should also have demonstrated collaborative working style, good interpersonal skills, excellent time management abilities, and problem troubleshooting and solving ability.
