Administrative Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated part-time receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and their animals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional and accurate information to customers via phone and in-person.
- Transfer calls to relevant departments efficiently.
- Facilitate appointment setting and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Assist with animal impounding and reclaiming processes.
- Ensure register balances are reconciled daily.
- Prepare invoices and documentation, as well as manage documents.
- Restock merchandise in the Rehoming store.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Responsible for opening and closing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines to maintain high standards of personal care.
- Resolve customer issues and conflicts with high-level customer support.
- A valid driver's license.
- Experience in high-volume customer service environments.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in administrative and reception roles.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems ability.
- Availability for weekend shifts.
