About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Toowoomba. As a Home Care Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal Care: Providing assistance with daily hygiene and grooming needs.
  • Medication Management: Supporting clients in taking their medications as prescribed.
  • Transportation Services: Facilitating clients' attendance at appointments and social events.
  • Domestic Assistance: Offering help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Social Engagement: Encouraging participation in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
About You

We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, reliable, and possess a genuine passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will exhibit:

Minimum Qualifications

The successful applicant will hold:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent.
  • Current National Police Certificate.
  • Current driver licence and a reliable vehicle.
  • Immunisation against Tetanus & Hepatitis B.
  • Completion of Assist clients with medication (or commitment to obtain).
  • Completion of Recognise healthy body systems (or commitment to obtain).
