Job Overview

The Transcription Team Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the transcription process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality transcripts to clients.

Collaboration with the Operations Manager and Quality & Compliance Manager is crucial to manage performance concerns and maintain quality standards.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role, requiring the ability to work seamlessly within a team environment.

  • Manage teams of in-house and home-based transcriptionists
  • Oversee workload allocation and reallocation to home-based transcribers and office staff
  • Compile and produce transcripts that meet delivery KPIs and style guidelines
  • Communicate with Transcript Supervisors/Managers regarding transcriber allocations and resource management
