HSSEQ Administrator: Administrative Support Role

RPS Group is currently seeking an experienced and skilled HSSEQ Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HSSEQ team, with a focus on coordinating tender and proposal responses, maintaining third-party contractor management prequalification portals, and managing the supplier management program.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience, intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, and a high level of attention to detail. They will also be able to build relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and possess the ability to edit SharePoint pages and create/maintain PowerBI reports.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Flexible location options are available, including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tender and proposal responses
  • Maintain third-party contractor management prequalification portals
  • Manage the supplier management program
  • Management system document control (including coordination of reviews, revisions, formatting, etc.)
  • Maintenance and administration of the HSSEQ online tool (Donesafe)
  • Administration of the AAP external training and competency register
  • Coordinate and prepare communications (monthly bulletin, reports, alerts)
  • Coordinate team meetings (including minutes)
  • Assist with coordination of management system related training
  • Maintain the HSSEQ SharePoint page

You will have:

  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite – Word/Excel/PP
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to build relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to edit SharePoint pages and create/maintain PowerBI reports
