  • Manage requests for additional services effectively
  • Manage agency requests
  • Maintain casual pools and PAR levels

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a scheduling position or similar
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to use effective leadership and communication styles to motivate and retain staff
  • High levels of attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure, fast-paced, and be adaptable
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
