Assistant Venue Manager Opportunity

This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. As the Assistant Venue Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated support to ensure all areas of the venue are running efficiently
  • Drive team motivation and contribute to building a positive team culture
  • Assist with stock management, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks to maintain the venue's high standards
  • Act as a key point of contact when the manager is unavailable
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, preferably in pubs, bars, or restaurants
  • Relevant certifications such as RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics
  • A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences and fostering a dynamic venue atmosphere
