Job Description
  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the homes of older people to ensure they have a safe and beautiful place to live.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping to support our customers' independence.
  • Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities, promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Delivering personal care, including getting them up, showered, and dressed for the day, managing medication, assisting with mobility and therapy goals.
  • Offering respite and emotional support to help our customers maintain their dignity and independence.
  • Providing social support and transport to appointments, ensuring they stay connected with their community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role, including personal care skills.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle – travel is an essential part of the role.
  • The ability to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems, and knowing when to seek support from your manager.

What We Look For
  • Candidates who are passionate about supporting the aged community and enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
  • Individuals who are available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, without night or weekend shifts.
