About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Peopleconnexion. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial study through to execution and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-quality Electrical Engineering development, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coach and guide junior engineers, providing mentorship and support to help them grow in their careers.
  • Prepare and assist with design documentation, including Electrical Equipment and Instrument lists, Single Line Diagrams, Switchgear and MCC specifications, Terminations, Cable Schedules, and Maximum Power Demand Calculations.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership team to achieve business objectives, driving innovation and excellence in our engineering services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality electrical engineering projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex electrical systems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience in supporting and guiding junior engineers, with a passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of electrical engineers.
