We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our Digital Team in Perth. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and continuously improving our ERP digital solution.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the conversion of estimate data into our cost system (VisionCPM)
  • Integrate project controls data from operations and provide system training and support to Cost Control users
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements
  • Assist project teams to identify and recommend solutions
  • Liaise with our Head Office team in Milan to identify system improvements
  • Maintain and update system and training documentation
  • Conduct performance, security audits, and system reviews as required
  • Provide end-user training across Webuild Project Controls Applications
  • Adhere to and implement IT procedures
  • Provision of support, including updating and managing our IT Service Management system
  • Responsible for working with project teams to design and manage BI reports

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent ERP experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project controls or cost control management
  • Experience in working with business users and documenting business requirements
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in a project environment and/or exposure in cost management, planning, and progress monitoring functions
  • Ability to build strong relationships through engagement with customers, colleagues, and other key stakeholders
  • Excellent proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Power BI would be highly regarded
  • Experience in IT change management and managing incidents
