Infrastructure Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:
The Infrastructure Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, according to quality standards, customer requirements, schedule, and budget. This involves collaborating with the site installation team to ensure that all QA/QC inspections and testing are performed in accordance with the Quality Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the site installation team to ensure work is completed safely, according to quality standards, customer requirements, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure all QA/QC inspections and testing are performed in accordance with the Quality Plan and assist with inspections as per Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), securing necessary resources and coordinating tests by specialized service providers (e.g., NDTs).
- Perform site audits and inspections.
- Develop and implement the site quality plan aligned with the contract and company policy, fostering a commitment to quality within the site team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University educational background in QA/QC & certification as per quality standards.
- Qualifications in welding inspection, such as AWS/ASNT certifications, CSWIP, or similar.
- Previous experience in a senior/management-level position.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, codes, standards, and best practices; IWE qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience working with QA/QC systems aligned with ISO 9001.
- Extensive experience in Hydro Power Plant construction projects or the oil and gas sector.
