Lead Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Lead Quality Assurance professional to join our Infrastructure & Major Projects division on the Sunshine Coast.

  • Implement and manage quality assurance processes to meet project objectives and targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ISO and AS/NZS standards.
  • IDentify and mitigate quality risks, issues, and opportunities that impact project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a quality culture within the project team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on projects spanning tunnelling, energy, transport, and water infrastructure. You will have the chance to apply your expertise in quality management, leadership, and risk mitigation to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in quality assurance or management with a strong background in infrastructure projects.
  • Advanced Diploma or Lead Auditor Qualification in Engineering, Science, Building, Construction, Quality Management, or Project Management.
  • Strong communication skills, team leadership ability, and experience with hard rock drill and blast tunnelling is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage quality assurance systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments.
  • Identify, report, and resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
