Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support experienced educators in creating engaging learning environments
  • Assist with daily routines, supervision, and care of children
  • Build positive relationships with children and families
  • Learnto plan and implement educational programs under the EYLF framework
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in care
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Genuine passion for working with children and developing a career in ECEC
  • Commitment to undertaking a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through a recognised training provider
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction from senior educators
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
