Key Responsibilities- Support customers virtually, via phone, email, and video chat, to understand their home lending needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize our powerful platform to streamline the home loan process, ensuring speed to settlement at up to four times faster than the industry average.
- Field pre-qualified customer appointments booked by our in-house sales associates, minimizing time wasted on poor-quality leads.
- Submit deals to our in-house client solutions team for processing, eliminating paperwork and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Average over 12 deals a month, with top performers lodging 30+ deals a month, to drive income growth and career progression.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or a willingness to obtain it.
- A keen desire to build a successful career in the fintech/mortgage lending space.
- Alignment with our vision of changing the way Australians experience home lending, for good.
- A high level of drive, motivation, and integrity, underpinned by a desire to help Australians achieve their home ownership dreams.
