Job Title: Warehouse Team Member

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload and load products efficiently, adhering to company procedures.
  • Pick stock accurately and safely, maintaining a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the DC team to develop and implement improved procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Emphasize teamwork to achieve common goals and drive business success.
  • Continuously improve processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • Report incidents, near misses, and hazards promptly to the DC Manager.
  • Comply with all WH&S policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Preferred but not essential: LF & LO license.
  • Warehouse experience is mandatory.
  • Strong safety focus with knowledge and experience in safe manual handling.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent team player with good communication skills.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
Benefits:
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm.
  • Annual Base Salary $58,000 + Super + Afternoon Penalties.
  • Evening loading penalty rates.
