We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide daily supports to individuals within Supported Independent Living Arrangements (SIL).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily supports to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and skill development.
  • Assist with personal care, cleanliness, and daily routines.
  • Plan and attend activities or appointments, promoting socialization and community access.
  • Support and manage individual behaviors using Positive Behavior Support Plans.
  • Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports.
Requirements:
  • Prior professional or lived experience supporting someone with a disability.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Suitable availability to work on a rotating flexible roster.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
