Digital Process Manager

Leading the delivery of large-scale digital projects on infrastructure construction sites is a key objective for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Advisory and Training Services:
    • Conduct thorough analyses to advise clients on effective information management
    • Develop and implement Digital Engineering strategies, policies, standards, and contracts
    • Design and deliver training programs to improve BIM methodology and digital process adoption
  • Digital Transformation:
    • Lead the implementation of digitalization initiatives across processes
    • Introduce digital project management best practices
    • Develop dashboards using Power BI and other business intelligence systems
  • Operational Information Management:
    • Implement and manage CDE/EDMS solutions
    • Oversee and coordinate BIM & Asset Data management
    • Coordinate project reporting and design construction information packages

About You:

  • A Master's degree in Project Management or equivalent, with experience in information management
  • BIM certification or comparable work experience
  • 5 years' experience in Digital Engineering Management, including process digitalization, data management, BIM, and BIM coordination
  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365, MS SharePoint, PowerBI, and industry-standard software
