Job Title: Process Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing data to understand systems within the business for process improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and documenting current and future states of business processes with a view to optimisation and/or automation opportunities.
  • Facilitating workshops with key stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements on large scale initiatives.
  • Ensuring optimised processes are built into new operating models.
  • Providing concise, clear process documentation to support training, change management, testing and assurance across programs and enabling effective handovers business owners.
  • Identifying and executing ideas for continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in business process analysis focusing on Process Architecture, Process Framework development, capability modelling and process modelling.
  • Demonstrated experience developing tools and techniques to capture knowledge and business processes.
  • Extensive experience with business process mapping and optimisation, process reengineering, business requirements documentation, gap analysis and continuous improvement delivery models.
  • Experience using processing mapping, project management and visualisation tools such as Visio or similar tools is desirable.
  • Superior verbal, written and visual communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
