Infrastructure Solution Design Opportunity

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the company's hybrid technology environment, encompassing on-premise data centres, branch networks, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and private cloud.

Key responsibilities include designing comprehensive infrastructure solutions, developing hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure strategies, creating secure B2B customer integrations, and leading modernisation initiatives. Additionally, they will ensure all solution designs adhere to the company's infrastructure and security frameworks, contributing to governance through Architecture Review Boards.

As an expert in infrastructure solution design and delivery engineering, you will lead collaboration efforts with both business and technology stakeholders to capture requirements, craft fit-for-purpose designs, and guide delivery teams through implementation.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in infrastructure solution design and delivery engineering.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in Cisco networking, LAN/WAN, wireless, and ACI fabric technologies.
  • Proficient in hybrid infrastructure environments, including Azure, AWS, Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, and SAN/NAS storage platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of security tools such as Cisco and Checkpoint firewalls, Zscaler, Symantec Cloud Proxy, VPNs, and Active Directory/Azure AD.
  • Familiar with cloud networking solutions including AVS, Azure ExpressRoute, and Megaport, as well as infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
