**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Technician to join our team at the Troy/Maryville/St. Jacob/Marine Chamber of Commerce. As an ED Tech, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in our emergency department.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our registered nurses to provide age-appropriate and population-specific patient care.
  • Responsibilities may include phlebotomy, transporting patients, obtaining vital signs, EKGs, splinting, catheter placement, and other patient care tasks as assigned.
  • You will maintain a clean and organized environment, including the setup and maintenance of patient rooms.
  • You will be responsible for completing accurate and timely documentation according to hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • BLS certification is also required.
  • Patient Care Technician experience in a hospital setting is preferred, but not required.
