The Position

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share in Northern QLD. You will have the freedom and autonomy to work remotely when not on the road, traveling to meet with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management and Business Development
  • Fortnightly catch-ups with the State Manager
  • Increasing market share
  • Frequent travel throughout Northern QLD required
  • Representing the company at trade shows and events

Requirements

  • Sales experience - industrial or construction is essential
  • Sales experience from cargo care, load restraint, transport & logistics, or industrial equipment will be highly beneficial
  • Based in Townsville - willingness to travel frequently
  • Ability to work in a sales environment - achieve KPIs and earn commissions
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Australian working rights
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
