About the Role

This position is responsible for managing human, financial and physical resources. The role involves effective use of resources, collaboration with senior executives, government agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate reports for meetings, committees and boards that report on performance and enable strong financial management and decision making.
  • Lead and manage a team in providing high-quality services in the design of innovative solutions, responding to enquiries and delivering on budget management practices for infrastructure related services.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with key stakeholder groups across the department to ensure accuracy and reliability of data and information from appropriate sources.
  • Contribute to high-level advice on budgetary, infrastructure and asset management issues that informs decision-making.

About You

A background in portfolio, program or budget management within an infrastructure environment will be highly regarded. Strong experience in management reporting, brief writing and technical advice will also be advantageous.
