We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Vending Delivery Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, driving and interacting with customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and restocking vending machines across Sydney with a range of products.

You will be the face of our company and must always project a professional image while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide delivery services for all company-owned sites:

  • Attend to daily delivery requirements for company-owned sites.
  • Pack products as per restock sheet.
  • Restock machines and attend to any minor faults.
  • Respond to refund requests and identify problematic machines.
  • Log any issues via our online ticketing system.
  • Perform product rotation to ensure freshness at designated client locations for vending machines.

Essential qualifications for this role include:

  • 3 years of driving experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Preferred 1-2 years experience in a customer service position or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • Proficient with a handheld computer, training provided.
  • Must be able to lift heavy goods on a consistent basis.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Available early mornings.
  • Police clearance due to cash handling.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28-$30 and a range of benefits including a company car.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift, flexible hours.

Relocation not required, commute from Silverwater NSW 2128. Ability to undergo police check required. Current Australian driver's license and Work Authorisation in Australia required.
