Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Service Assistant.
As a Service Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through the repair and customization of customer items. You will manage cash and security at shop level, promote merchandise and products to suit customer needs, motivate and encourage fellow team members, and oversee cleanliness of shop and maintenance of all equipment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, independence, and a positive hands-on approach. No experience is necessary, with full accredited training provided.
You will have the opportunity to work with your hands, tinker with tools, and repair things that are broken. You will also enjoy diversity in the workplace and no two days will be the same.
Our ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience working with Point of Sale (POS) software, working towards sales targets and KPIs, and providing customer service. They will also be working towards authorization in Australia.
This is a full-time/part-time position with flexible hours, including overtime and weekend availability. The salary range is $23.00 - $25.50 per hour.
