We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cafe Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced cafe environment.

As a Cafe Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of coffee production, including serving customers, taking orders, and maintaining high quality standards. You will also be required to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience in a busy cafe or similar environment is essential, as is the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.

This is a part-time position, working 8 hour shifts with flexible hours. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.00-$31.00 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
