About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Analyst to join our Student Support Services team. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will work with students, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour intervention plans that promote positive behaviour and academic success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviour
  • Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each student
  • Work with teachers and other professionals to implement behaviour intervention plans and provide coaching and support as needed
  • Provide training and support to teachers and other professionals on behaviour management strategies and techniques
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement school-wide behaviour plans

Requirements

  • Masters qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis
  • Registration or membership with the Association for Behaviour Analysis Australia (ABAA) or the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Valid Working with Children Check and full Driver's License
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to the needs of students and teachers
