Depot Operations Manager

At our organisation, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional depot and operational teams.

This leadership role involves strategic planning, operations management, and administrative oversight across regional depots and third-party warehouses. The successful candidate will drive improvements in safety performance, logistics efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain operations, with experience in managing equipment, employees, agents, and logistics. A key focus area is the delivery of improved safety standards, 3PL performance, innovation, and cost-saving initiatives.

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A degree in Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Business
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain operations
  • A strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
  • Effective leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams
  • A proven track record as a safety champion, with understanding of relevant industry standards
