The primary objective of the Rehabilitation Registrar position is to work closely with the clinical team to assess patients for suitability to join our program. The successful applicant will be responsible for completing admission and discharge paperwork, reviewing patients at home, and arranging investigations and appointments as required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients for suitability to join the program
- Completing admission and discharge paperwork
- Reviewing patients at home
- Arranging investigations and appointments
- Participating in case conferences and family meetings
The role also involves leading weekly case conferences and family meetings, and participating in the after-hours and weekend on-call roster.
